SHIPPING TERMS

DeLaJ’ur offers $10 Express Shipping Australia Wide.

Free Shipping is available at the checkout for Australian orders ONLY of $150 and over.

When you place an order for an item/s online, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email. Once payment is received you will receive an electronic invoice. These are not the same as a ‘shipping confirmation’ email which confirms your order has been dispatched.

We do our very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, however, depending on the volume of orders we receive (it can get quite busy for us) the process of sourcing and putting together your order from our warehouse can take up 5 working days.

Please do not hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us button on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. 

Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post or Couriers and you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which you can use to monitor your order via the Australia Post website (click here). Here you can check the location of your order once it has been picked up by Australia Post or Couriers Please.

Once posted, Australia Post and Couriers orders will take anywhere from overnight to five working days. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the actual time in transit.

You MUST be available to accept the delivery. DeLaJ’ur will not be held accountable for missing parcels. If you track your order and it states ‘Delivered’ but you do not have your order, this is unfortunately out of our hands. Australia Post and Couriers will not allow us to investigate on your behalf in this instance, and you will need to contact them to reach a resolution. We recommend providing your work address as the shipping address to ensure delivery directly to you.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for orders lost in the post or any other external reason that is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DeLaJ'ur offers Express International Shipping to the New Zealand, United States and Great Britain & Ireland.

Your postage fee will be calculated during the checkout. 

Delivery times can very between 4-7 business days depending on the country the item is travelling to.  

If you have any questions about deliveries to countries outside of the above please contact us via the Contact Us button (on the bottom right hand corner).

For international orders, you will be emailed a tracking number once the goods are dispatched. Your order can be tracked by entering this number in the field provided on the Australian Post website. Click Here to be taken to the link.

PRE-ORDERS 

DeLaJ’ur styles available on 'pre-order’ means we have made these styles available for early purchase due to popularity. Often, they will sell out as pre-orders before being officially released. Pre-order styles will not abide by normal shipping times and can take between 3-4 weeks before being shipped. Further delays are infrequent, but possible.

Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Once you have selected your size on the product page, prior proceeding to the checkout, text will display next to the drop down menu indicating ‘Pre-order’. The product description will also indicate that the style is either a Pre-order. This information will further show on your invoice once your purchase has been made.

Delivery ETAs indicated in the product description are approximate, as we cannot control the possibility of external environmental delays.

Full refunds will be issues is pre-orders are cancelled and customers will be contacted. 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

(AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL) 

For all our customers, we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange on any full-priced garments that you purchase. This service is offered as long as items are returned within 14 days and are in original condition with all tags and packaging included. Please note, credit notes are for garments ONLY they DO NOT include shipping and SALE items cannot be returned for an exchange or provided credit note.

Please note that our Returns Policy reflects Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading stipulations, and refunds will only be given in circumstances where a product exhibits a ‘major’ problem. We do not cover exchange postage costs for Australian or international orders so please be very careful and contact us via the Contact us button (on the bottom right hand corner) if you are unsure about sizes. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Australian orders being exchanged have a postage fee of $10. 

International Postage fees will be calculated as Australia Post International fees. 

You will need to contact us via the Contact Us button (on the bottom right hand corner) prior to returning your order to obtain a Return Authorization number. Strictly - NO RETURNS will be accepted without a Returns Authorization number.
